The RICS Home Survey Level 2 report (formerly known as a Homebuyers Survey) has been designed to give you concise information about the condition of a property. Our surveyors spend approximately three hours in the property assessing its condition.

This report is suitable for all traditionally built houses and apartments, built after 1900, that appear to be in a reasonable condition. 

There are two types level 2 surveys; survey only or survey and valuation. We recommend a valuation of the property to help you decide if the price you are paying is reasonable.. 

The report will help reveal defects that are not easily spotted by an untrained eye. The report uses a clear traffic-light coding system to describe the condition of each area of the property, and highlights any problems your surveyor has identified. 

Fees:
1 bed property £350 plus VAT
2 bed property £375 plus VAT
3 bed property £400 plus VAT
4 bed property £425 plus VAT
5 bed property £450 plus VAT

Survey with a valuation – as per above plus £100 plus VAT
