If you enrolled in a shared ownership scheme with a Housing Association and wish to staircase (increase your share of ownership in the property), you will need to instruct a qualified Chartered Surveyor (who is also an RICS Registered Valuer) to provide an independent shared ownership valuation.

We adapt our reports so that they are in accordance with your contract.

Our Shared Ownership valuations are charged at £200 per property plus VAT
